The Wishbones
Wish Bones bestaat uit 4 trombonisten en een ritmesectie en speelt gearrangeerde jazz in de swing stijl.
De trombonisten zijn Harry Kanters, Eelco van Velzen, Jacques Lombards en Marcel de Roij. De ritmesectie bestaat uit bassist-zanger Jeroen Koning en drummer Fons Toonen.
Zoetgevooisde trombones, felle soli, romantische zang, snelle passages, prachtige harmonieën, bekende melodieën. Dit alles komt voorbij met The Wish Bones.
The Wish Bones bestaan uit de unieke bezetting van vier trombones plus ritmesectie. Zij spelen gearrangeerde jazz in de Swing, Dixieland and New Orleans stijl met ruimte voor virtuoze soli.
Drie muzikanten overlappen met het Bob Kaper Quartet zodat het mogelijk is om met, in totaal 7 muzikanten, een speciaal middag- of avondvullend programma te verzorgen:
een eerste set door de Wish Bones, een tweede set door het Bob Kaper Quartet, en een afsluitende set met de combinatie hiervan, waarvoor specifieke arrangementen zijn gemaakt.

Sweet-voiced trombones, bright solos, romantic singing of fast passages, beautiful harmonies and well- known melodies; all this from the Wishbones. The unique formation of four trombones and a rhythm section play Swing, Dixieland and New Orleans style with plenty of room for virtuoso solos.
Three musicians overlap with the Bob Kaper Quartet giving the possibility of a special afternoon or full evening program with 7 musicians. The first set by The Wishbones, the second by the Bob Kaper Quartet and a closing set with a combination of the two for which specific arrangements are made.
